Building and previewing your chatbot is free — no card required. When you put it live on your website, HyperChat Live is £49 per month per chatbot, including 5,000 AI answers, lead capture, analytics, API access, signed webhooks and UK support. Cancel any month.
Do I need to code?
No. Paste your website URL and the bot builds itself in about 60 seconds. Going live is one script tag pasted before your site’s closing body tag — and on WordPress a plugin (submitted, awaiting review) will do it for you. UK support can walk you through it.
How does it learn my website?
A real browser reads your key public pages — services, prices, FAQs, contact details — and builds a structured knowledge base. Your bot answers from that, so it stays grounded in what your business actually says, and you can edit and retrain it any time.
What if it doesn’t know an answer?
It says so honestly and offers to take the visitor’s details instead, turning a dead end into a captured lead. It never invents prices, policies or promises.
How is my (and my customers’) data handled?
Consent-first: lead capture shows clear consent wording and a privacy link. Data sits under a documented retention schedule, our subprocessor register is public, and you remain the controller of your customer data under UK GDPR.
